Magnestra × Synstella Conglomerate

Your trust is the foundation of the throne. This policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and share your information across both houses of the conglomerate — the B2B growth infrastructure of Magnestra and the B2C creator monetization engine of Synstella.

Last Revised: October 21, 2026 • Effective Immediately

1. Scope & The Two Houses of the Conglomerate

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information across the MagneSteller Conglomerate, which unites two operating companies:

Magnestra — B2B

Management & strategy firm delivering CRM systems, lead pipelines, virtual assistants, advertising management, and web development to professional service businesses (law, home care, spas, consulting, real estate).

Synstella — B2C

Creator monetization platform delivering live streaming, course hosting, paid communities, audience CRM, and analytics to influencers, athletes, coaches, educators, and live streamers.

It applies to visitors of SYNSTELLA.COM, clients and prospects of either company, end-users of Synstella creator communities, and any individual whose data is processed through our services. By using our websites, platforms, or services, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Identity & Contact: name, business name, email, phone, title, and company address submitted through intake forms, consultations, or onboarding.
  • Business Data (Magnestra): CRM records, lead lists, sales pipelines, KPI metrics, ad account access, and workflow configurations you grant us to manage.
  • Creator & Audience Data (Synstella): course content, streaming broadcasts, community posts, payout/banking details for monetization, and audience member information (fans, subscribers, students).
  • Payment Information: billing details processed through our secure payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: messages, support tickets, call notes, and consultation recordings when you engage our concierge team.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and interaction data via cookies and analytics.
  • Streaming & Engagement (Synstella): viewer counts, watch time, drop-off points, chat logs, and engagement signals from live broadcasts and course portals.
  • Marketing & Ad Performance (Magnestra): campaign impressions, click-through rates, conversion events, and lead attribution data from Meta, Google, and partner ad platforms.

C. Information From Third Parties

Lead vendors, advertising platforms, social networks, our strategic alliance and affiliate network, and public databases may supply prospect or enrichment data used to deliver Magnestra lead-generation services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Delivering, operating, and maintaining Magnestra CRM, lead pipeline, virtual assistant, advertising, and web development services.
  • Delivering, operating, and maintaining Synstella streaming, course hosting, community, and monetization features.
  • Onboarding clients, configuring systems, and providing dedicated account management and VIP concierge support.
  • Processing payments, payouts, and recurring subscriptions, and preventing fraud and chargebacks.
  • Generating analytics, KPI dashboards, audience insights, and performance reports.
  • Sending service updates, onboarding communications, and — with your consent — marketing and promotional offers.
  • Responding to inquiries, support requests, and fulfilling audit and revenue-system consultations.
  • Complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights, safety, and security of our users and conglomerate.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the conglomerate and deliver services:

  • Service Providers & Processors: CRM platforms, payment processors, streaming/CDN infrastructure, email & automation tools, analytics, and virtual assistant staffing partners — bound by contract to protect data.
  • Strategic Alliance & Affiliate Network: our authorized partner network (entertainment labels, distribution, streaming cloud, and production affiliates) receives only the data needed to execute joint campaigns or deliverables you have authorized.
  • Advertising Platforms: Meta, Google, and similar networks receive conversion and audience data to run and measure ad campaigns on behalf of Magnestra clients.
  • Synstella Creator Clients: audience data collected within a creator's community is made available to that creator as the data controller of their audience; we act as a processor.
  • Legal & Safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the conglomerate, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to confidentiality.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. Categories include:

  • Essential — required for core site function and security; cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — help us understand usage and improve services.
  • Marketing — used to serve and measure ads on our behalf and our clients' behalf across Meta, Google, and partner networks.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or our consent banner where available. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit some features. Synstella streaming and course portals may also use session tracking essential to delivering your content.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy:

  • Active client accounts: for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period to support audit, reporting, and legal obligations.
  • Lead & prospect data (Magnestra): retained per client instruction and applicable marketing-consent rules, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Synstella audience & community data: retained while the creator's community is active and for a defined period after, unless deletion is requested.
  • Marketing consent records: retained until you opt out, plus any legally required documentation period.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer identify an individual.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, role-based permissions, vendor due diligence, and regular security review. Magnestra CRM and KPI systems and Synstella streaming and payment flows are access-controlled and monitored.

No system is perfectly secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured format.
  • Object or Restrict processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Opt Out of marketing, the sale/sharing of data, and certain targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw Consent at any time where processing relied on consent.

To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days).

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and creators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK where consent is required). Synstella creators are responsible for ensuring their audience sign-up flows comply with applicable age and parental-consent requirements. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

The MagneSteller conglomerate and its service providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, recognized frameworks, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and we require our partners to do the same.
